ACCELERATE DECISION-MAKING
Project & Grant Financial Summary Enhancements
Finance teams can now select the currency in which they view the financial summary for a project and drill down directly into supporting transactions. This gives project-based businesses faster, more accurate visibility into financial performance without leaving the system.
SaaS Intelligence Advanced Analytics
SaaS Intelligence has been upgraded with more flexible dashboards, deeper SaaS-specific metrics, and predictive insights. Finance leaders in subscription-based businesses now have a more powerful toolkit for forecasting and performance analysis — all within Sage Intacct.
Custom Purchasing Approvals
Purchase orders can now be automatically routed using flexible, multi-condition approval rules. Finance teams can define exactly who approves what spend, reducing manual oversight whilst maintaining full control over purchasing compliance.
Automated Customer Payment Reminders
Cash requirements now includes one-touch payment reminders. Send automatic reminders to selected customers at the touch of a button — accelerating collections and improving cash flow without the manual follow-up effort.
MAXIMISE TIME
Intelligent 3-Way Matching with AP Automation
Sage Intacct now uses AI to automate document matching across purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Discrepancies are flagged early for faster resolution, significantly reducing manual data entry and the risk of errors slipping through the AP process.
Fixed Assets Management Enhancements
Three significant improvements have been made to fixed assets: depreciation postings can now be automatically summarised by GL account and dimension for cleaner reporting; assets can be split directly from the asset record while maintaining accurate depreciation history; and depreciation errors can be corrected by reversing posted entries rather than deleting originals — preserving auditability throughout.
Individual Charges and Invoice Runs for Billing Groups
Finance teams can now add one-off charges and view invoice runs for billing groups more easily. This gives billing teams greater flexibility when managing exceptions within structured billing cycles.
OPTIMISED FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Flexible Retainage Release — Construction
Construction businesses can now release retainage across all invoice lines on a project contract in a single workflow. This streamlines what has historically been a time-consuming and error-prone process, particularly for businesses managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
Sage Intacct AI Gateway
A new AI Gateway provides secure, scalable connectivity for AI-powered applications through the Sage Intacct REST API and MCP Server. This opens the door for businesses to build and integrate intelligent workflows and third-party AI tools directly within their Sage Intacct environment — available in Australia.
Enhancements to AP Automation
Further improvements have been made to AP Automation, building on Sage Intacct's commitment to reducing manual accounts payable workloads. These enhancements improve accuracy, speed, and reliability across the end-to-end payables process.
